Don’t Cry For Me Sergeant Major

Concert with Keith Tomlinson, the Singing Major, 17 October 2025, 7.30pm, Swayfield Village Hall

Event Details

Something a little different from Swayfield’s own “Singing Major” (Keith Tomlinson) who returns to Swayfield Village Hall on Friday 17th October (7.30pm).

Come along and enjoy what should be a fun evening of ‘Stories and Song’ with extracts of Keith’s journey ‘from Soldier to Singer’ covering a range of popular well-known songs of different genres through the decades.

Please note ALL ticket sales profits will be in support of the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance. This is also Swayfield Village Hall’s current chosen charity for 2025. I am sure you will all agree the Air Ambulance provides a fantastic service but of course no one hopes to ever have to call on their support but it is reassuring to know it is there if needed. Indeed we have seen the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance deployed to our very own village a few times over recent times. Worryingly the Air Ambulance receives no grants whatsoever, it is purely funded and reliant on charitable donations to keep it flying!

So, please contact Keith directly for tickets:
£10pp Adult, £5pp under-16s.

If you are unable or do not wish to attend the event on 17th October but would still like to donate to this worthwhile charity, please contact me – your support will be very much appreciated and included in the final total.

Doors open 7pm, cash bar, raffle
