Important Planning Consultation: SKDC Local Plan
South Kesteven District Council (SKDC) are currently consulting on their draft Local Plan which is intended to define development policies for our area up to 2041.
Any comments on the Plan must be submitted to SKDC by the end of Thursday 25th April 2024.
According to the draft Local Plan (pages 203-206) the triangle field (SKPR-247) on the north side of Bourne Road, east of St John’s Drive, Walsingham Drive and Barn Owl Close, is down as a proposed residential allocation for 144 dwellings. This is in addition to the three recent developments.
Corby Glen Neighbourhood Planning Group and Corby Glen Parish Council are currently formulating their responses.

- South Kesteven Community Point & Library, 3 Abbey Road, Bourne, PE10 9EF [Monday 9am-5pm, Wednesday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-1pm, Saturday 9am-1pm]
- At libraries in Grantham, Stamford, Market Deeping, and Bourne during normal opening hours.
